Isreal Delike
Photographer
Isreal started photography as a hobby in Junior high school where he was also exposed to visual arts. He was drawn to visual arts because the artist has the freedom to tell stories and express themselves in whatever capacity they see fit. As he began to navigate his world, he decided to merge his love for photography and visual arts so that he too may have the chance to document stories and express himself.
Isreal believes life is a learning process. He is always asking himself, how can I make my work more tangible to others? How can I create masterpieces others will relate to? “Whenever I pick up my camera, I have a duty to my subject and to my audience to capture authentic moments. I want to capture moments that in the, twenty years will still evoke feelings. Because that is my aim, I am flexible and open minded to learning better ways to achieve my goal.
